Tim is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and has been in full-time ministry for the past 30 years. He has served as a lead pastor, youth pastor, associate pastor, bi-vocational pastor, full-time evangelist, and Christian school teacher. Through the years, God has called and shaped Tim to partner with God in helping people become who God created them to be. This has happened as the Holy Spirit has formed and empowered Tim through prayer (especially silence), Scripture saturation, numerous books and conversations, and most recently by becoming a certified life coach.

Tim really enjoys spending time with his family and experiencing different places and cultures. He is an avid reader and is constantly seeking to learn new things and to contemplate how things work together. He also enjoys playing and watching sports and will always root for the Mariners and Seahawks.

God has called Tim to spread the message of heart wholeness and holiness through expositional preaching, marriage and spiritual enrichment conferences, life coaching, daily conversations, and a blog.
